How do I buy something?

You can click on ‘Shop’ from the top menu on the site or click one of the buttons or links on the homepage.

Hover over the photo and click add to add to basket or choose an option if it has options on sizes / designs and ribbons. Or select a product by clicking on the product name or photo and choosing an option if it has options on sizes / designs and ribbons.

After choosing the options (if there are any), click Add to basket.

Once added, click View basket or Checkout.

Complete your details then click Proceed to PayPal to pay securely by credit/debit card or PayPal account.

How do I pay for an item?

Payment can be made using your Credit/Debit card or your PayPal account. Payments are processed using the PayPal payment gateway and are 100% secure and safe.

You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay using your Credit/Debit card via the PayPal platform.

When will I receive my order?

Due to the governmental restrictions regarding Covid-19, we are ensuring we abide by social distancing rules. As such, we are only making trips to the post office once a week in order to minimise any risks involved.

Please allow up to 7-10 days for island-wide delivery of your items in these challenging times.

How do I cancel my order?

Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us by email: purplepandacreations2017@gmail.com as soon as possible as we require the cancellation in writing in order to process it.

Why can’t I purchase an item?

At the moment, purchase and delivery is only available to those living in Jersey, Channel Islands and the UK. We hope to be able to offer a standard delivery service to further afield in due course.

If you do live in Jersey and are still having issues adding a product into your cart, please check that you have selected all the available options.

Please also ensure that you fill in all the required details in the Checkout area.

Why is VAT being charged when I live in Jersey?

Please check you have selected JERSEY as the country and not the UK under Country / Region. VAT is automatically added to orders with the UK as the Country / Region
